There is a one-time “Joining Fee” of $499 to join our group.
The joining fee is deemed fully earned and non-refundable after your first order is auto-accepted. It should be our mutual goal of procuring a long and fruitful business relationship. We’ve spent thousands of hours developing, and continue to develop, this proprietary automation platform for long-term growth, and we believe our customers have a similar outlook.
Exception: If our service fails to capture a “Non Exclusive” or “Non Assigned” order for you within 30 calendar days of paying the joining fee, we will allow you to leave the group with a full refund of the joining fee, at your request.
Our Capture Fee structure is very simple:
Broadcast Orders: 6.0% of the order’s fee, up to $3.00.
Assigned Orders: 1.5% of the order’s fee, up to $0.75 (Optional).
Appraisers Only: $4.00 per Appraisal order captured
Orders marked as Exclusive or Assigned from RRReview and Radian are the only orders our system is currently programmed to recognize automatically as “Assigned” with regard to pricing. Orders from other companies that may have been manually assigned, unfortunately, will be billed as a Broadcast order. Auto-acceptance of Assigned/Exclusive orders is an option service.
If an order is canceled after being captured, please notify us right away so we can verify and exclude it from your billing detail.
On or about the 1st day of each month, you will be invoiced for the previous month’s captured orders. Payment is due no later than the 5th of that same month. Accounts not paid by 5pm CST on the 5th will be temporarily suspended until payment is made in full.
For your convenience, we offer traditional credit card acceptance via our secure website, or we also accept payment via PayPal, if you prefer. As a U.S. corporation, we do not receive a Form 1099 from our customers, since these payments are already reported by our payment processors. Be sure to save your PAID Invoice receipts as business expense records, for tax reporting purposes on your end.
If no orders were auto-accepted for you in a given month, no payment is due. You only pay for captured orders.
